Job Description:

Event Execution: Participate in exhibition and forum planning, handle venue booking, guest reception, and on-site support.
Online Presence Management: Maintain official website and social media accounts, conduct basic data monitoring.
Executive Support to General Manager
Payment & Office Management: Handle departmental payment requests, operate ERP systems, manage fixed assets, contracts, and business certifications etc.

Qualification:

High diploma / Bachelor or above
Below 5 years exp. 1-3 year preferred.
HK resident. Also welcome applicant of IANG, TTPS or QMAS (high talent, excellent talent qualification holder)
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Hong Kong driver’s license is preferred
Mainland Background are preferred
