Position name: Responsible Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Completely responsible for the compliance of insurance brokerage business, ensuring that all business activities strictly follow the Insurance Ordinance and the latest regulatory guidance and requirements of the Insurance Authority (IA).

• Coordinate and supervise the team's daily operations, including policy sales, customer service, claim coordination, risk assessment, and document archiving, to ensure service quality and professional standards.

• Lead internal compliance training and policy promotion, regularly review operating procedures and optimize internal control mechanisms, and continuously enhance team compliance awareness and execution ability.

• As the company's main external compliance liaison, representing the organization in communicating and coordinating with the Insurance Regulatory Authority, cooperative insurance companies and other regulatory stakeholders.

• Review important business documents (such as customer risk assessment reports, conflict of interest declarations, and complaint handling records), ensure their integrity, authenticity, and timeliness, and submit designated application materials to the regulatory authority as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or higher education institution; those with insurance, finance, law or business management and other relevant academic backgrounds are preferred.

• Having at least 5 years of insurance industry work experience, of which at least 2 years must have team management experience, familiar with the insurance broker's full process and market practical operations.

• Have obtained professional qualifications recognized by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (e.g. IIQE Paper 1,2, 3, 5 passed), and maintain effective continuous professional development (CPD) records.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for written and oral communication; familiar with Hong Kong insurance regulations and supervisory framework, able to independently respond to compliance reviews and on-site inspections; holding Hong Kong permanent residency, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Immigration Scheme, Quality Immigration Scheme, IANG, Dependent visa or other legal work qualifications in Hong Kong.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary range is HKD 35,000 to 45,000, with specific salary adjusted according to experience and qualifications.

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with flexible hybrid work arrangements (office and remote work).

• Working location is on Tsim Sha Tsui's Guangdong Road
