Media Production Producer

Job Responsibilities:

• Capture project: Document significant events, installation completions, and other key moments that highlight the excellence of our work.

• Coordinate event priorities: Collaborate with the Marketing team to determine coverage focus when multiple activities take place at the same time.

• Manage production workflow: Oversee the full creative process, from filming through editing and final delivery.

• Enhance visual content: Edit and refine photos and videos to ensure professional-quality outputs for both internal and external audiences.

• Distribute creative assets: Share media across company platforms, including the website, social channels, and sales collateral.

• Maintain team communication: Provide regular updates on progress and challenges to ensure smooth collaboration.

• On-site content creation : Travel across Hong Kong to produce content, with transport arranged in line with company policy.

• Equipment stewardship: Handle company-provided gear responsibly and recommend upgrades when needed to achieve the best results.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in photography and videography, with experience handling camera equipment.

• Skilled in post-production, including photo retouching and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling in media production.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced event environments.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently outside the office.
