Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of rooms, including bed linen change, bathroom disinfection, vacuuming and replenishment of guest supplies, ensuring the room is clean, comfortable and meets the hotel's sanitation standards
Timely complete room inspections and repairs, accurately record facility conditions, coordinate with engineering and front-line departments to handle sudden problems, and maintain room normal operation
Assist with guest check-in and check-out related support work, such as delivering luggage, responding to room service requests, and conveying guest opinions, etc., to enhance the guest experience
Properly manage cleaning tools, supplies and spare linens, regularly inventory, follow material use guidelines, and reduce resource waste
Support hotel holiday decorations, special events or VIP reception arrangements, flexibly support cross-departmental temporary tasks, and demonstrate team spirit
Work requirements
Yearly 18 years old, no academic qualifications, welcome newcomers to apply; have basic reading and writing abilities, understand Chinese (traditional) work instructions and record simple matters
No need for relevant work experience, but you need a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and patience, and you are willing to learn standardized housekeeping procedures and continuously improve service quality
Fluent in Cantonese communication, able to meet the basic needs of mainland tourists in Mandarin; with a polite attitude towards others and good service awareness
Healthy body, able to handle daily work such as standing, bending, and moving light items (such as bed sheets, pillowcases, cleaning buckets, etc.); able to adapt to a stable service environment with a steady rhythm
Must hold valid Hong Kong residency or agree to accept employer assistance in applying for a "General Employment Policy" (GEP) work visa; able to comply with daily 09:00 to 18:00 office hours, Monday to Friday
