Job Description

Job Title:Business reception manager

Duties:

High-end reception:Responsible for receiving important domestic and foreign customers, government agencies and partners, formulating and implementing high-standard reception procedures, and showcasing the company's professional image.

Meeting Management:Plan, organize and coordinate various business meetings, forums and large-scale activities, including venue decoration, agenda planning, materials preparation and on-site execution.

Relationship maintenance:Assist in maintaining good relationships with core customers by providing detailed services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Administrative coordination:Work closely with various departments within the company (such as administration, marketing, compliance) to ensure the smooth running of reception and conference work.

Cross-cultural communication:Utilize fluent foreign language skills to provide seamless communication and services to overseas customers, and handle various needs in cross-cultural business scenarios.

Resource Management:Manage and maintain supplier resources (such as hotels, concierge services, translation services, etc.), and optimize reception costs.

Requirements:

Education background:Bachelor's degree or above, hotel management, tourism management, administrative management, foreign language or related professional is preferred.

Work experience:5 years of work experience in high-end hotels, first-class/business class of airlines, large-scale corporate VIP reception or high-end meeting and event companies.

Language skills:Proficient in Mandarin and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and knowledge of Cantonese or other foreign languages is an added bonus.

Professional ethics:Have strong service awareness, affinity and communication and coordination skills, good image and temperament, and be familiar with international business etiquette.

Requirements:Have excellent project management and multitasking abilities, and be able to maintain professionalism and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
