Sales Coordinator (customer service)

Working range:

- Actively call existing customers to promote the latest promotional offers and activities

- Responsible for daily customer service work, providing professional and thoughtful service answers and handling customer disputes - Assist customers in scheduling treatments

- Use the system to generate invoices, apply discounts, and update customer information

- Work closely with the sales team to improve customer retention and spending

- Establish and maintain good relations with customers - Assist with departmental daily administrative and operational matters

Requirements:

- Graduation from secondary five or equivalent academic qualifications or above

- Priority will be given to those with 1 year or more of telemarketing or customer service experience

- Positive attitude, self-discipline, and team spirit, sense of responsibility

- Good Chinese oral and written expression

- Understand basic computer operations, MS Office (Word, Excel) operations, and familiar with Chinese and English input
