Meeting and operations manager assistant

Responsible for the daily operation of the store, compiling a shift schedule, and ensuring smooth operation.

Monitor inventory levels and perform replenishment management.

Recruit, train and manage in-store employees, boost team morale and work efficiency.

Ensure high levels of customer service, solve customer problems, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Build good relationships with customers and promote repeat business.

Develop a menu with the chef to achieve sales targets.

Manage store budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.

Requirements:

DSE secondary school education or above, those with relevant work experience for more than 2 years are preferred.

Good Chinese and English communication skills, fluent Cantonese.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and WhatsApp communication tools.

Have excellent problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, while also possessing a spirit of teamwork.

Applicants with some knowledge or interest in the food and beverage industry will be given priority.

Daily 9 hours work (09:00-20:00 flexible working hours)
