Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for full accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable processing and reconciliation, ensuring financial data is accurate and error-free.
Execute monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures, compile closing reports, and prepare data for audit work.
Prepare budget reports and financial analysis reports, provide management with decision-making reference.
Prepare regular financial statements, temporary reports, trial balances, journal entries, and other relevant financial documents.
Responsible for salary calculation and related deductions, tax reporting data calculation and recording, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work requirements

At least 5 years or above accounting work experience, familiar with the full accounting process and financial statement preparation.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, able to apply formulas and integrate reports; have accounting software operation skills.
Have good Chinese (Cantonese) communication skills, general Mandarin, and be able to read and write English financial documents fluently.
Careful and responsible, with the ability to handle problems independently, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness, and with good professional ethics.
