Electric machinery equipment maintenance technician (food packaging)

Responsibilities:

1. Regular or emergency maintenance

• Conduct regular or emergency maintenance.

• Have a thorough understanding of food processing lines, such as: boneless meat grinder, etc.

• Have a good understanding of automatic packaging machines, such as:SORMA and MULTIVAC machines, etc.

• Have basic knowledge of control systems and related components (such as sensors, speed controllers, servo motors, pneumatic systems, and motor inverters)

• Able to read basic English to understand the operation manual and handle parts procurement.

• Check machine condition and manage consumable parts.

3. Factory liaison

• Monitor the factory's energy management plan, aimed at reducing energy consumption and improving or maintaining efficiency

• Replace packaging machine molds to support the daily production of the factory

• Support the installation of new machines in the factory

4. Non-constant responsibilities

• Execute assigned non-constant responsibilities based on company business needs

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of relevant work experience

• Second 3 level

• Valid electrician A or B license, safety card

• Preference will be given to those with a certificate for operating a scissors lift

• Applicants with factory environment mechanical maintenance and repair experience are preferred

• Valid safety card

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese

• A little bit of reading simple English

• Know how to use a mobile phone, such as: uploading photos, using mobile programs

• Excellent customer service attitude

Working hours:

• Shifts: Early shift: 07:00 am - 04:00 pm; Late shift: 01:00 pm - 10:00 pm

• Shifts, working five to six days a week

• According to the actual work situation, you need to be on call and attend to emergency maintenance work

• If you need to work overtime, you will receive overtime compensation
