call center (customer service)

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00–19:00 (daily working hours are 8 hours, with shift arrangements)

• Saturday: 09:00–13:00 (using a long-short work week)

Main responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls from the contact center, responding to inquiries about MPF

• Develop and recommend strategies for handling complex complaints and cases

• Coordinate with the customer service team to implement a solution, and if necessary, directly contact the complainant to follow up

• Assist the management group, monitor listening quality, and provide individual guidance or collective communication training

• Complete other special tasks assigned by the manager

Employment conditions (subject to adjustment):

• College degree or above; those with customer service, contact center or complaint handling experience are preferred

• Have good communication skills, complaint handling techniques and problem analysis ability

• Team player, those with training or coaching experience are preferred

• Able to write and communicate in Chinese and Cantonese; those who understand English or Mandarin are preferred

• Prefer candidates with customer service experience
