Senior Engineering Assistant (China Electric Foreign Contractor)

Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in monitoring project progress, including pit laying, new station cable installation, and other power infrastructure

• Responsible for organizing and updating engineering files and reports to ensure accurate data is submitted on time

• Execute daily administrative affairs, including meeting scheduling, file archiving, email processing and procurement application support work

• Participate in outdoor inspections and on-site audits as needed, record project status and immediately report any abnormalities.

Entry Requirements

• Advanced diploma or above in related subjects, those with basic engineering or electrical knowledge are preferred

• Document processing experience, familiar with MS Office (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office software

• Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with people of different levels and external contractors

• Work proactive, attention to details, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

• Need to cooperate with a small amount of outdoor work, should have basic safety awareness and follow construction site safety regulations.
