Store Manager

<p>Duties:<br>1. Independently responsible for managing daily operations, team building, scheduling staff shifts and assigning related tasks;<br>2. Lead employees to correctly execute the store SOP process (daily operations standards, goods management, cashier standards, opening and closing, service process, etc.);<br>3. Develop a sales plan, analyze and provide improvement suggestions in a timely manner to achieve the store's sales targets;<br><br>5. Able to handle store complaints or on-site emergencies;<br>6. Lead store employees to maintain and enhance brand image, and ensure that employees’ personal image meets brand requirements;<br>7. Manage your store team, continuously motivate employees and improve their work abilities;<br></p> <p>Requirements:<br>1. Have 5 years or more of retail store management experience, familiar with retail store operations and management processes and standards;<br>2. Have strong sales team management skills, as well as a certain amount of financial knowledge, and be able to operate computer software fluently;<br>3. Have more than 5 years of large retail store sales experience, familiar with international first-line luxury brand bags, ;<br><br><br>6. Have strong execution ability, learning ability, and adaptation ability, and strong sense of responsibility.</p> <p>We provide:<br>Salary negotiable (base salary 20K-25K) + high sales commission<br>Monthly 6 days off + public holidays (need to rotate)<br>Paid annual leave<br>MPF</p>
