Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily bank account transactions and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and error-free cash flow, and regularly compiling bank balance adjustment statements.
According to customer orders and contracts, issue value-added tax invoices and general invoices, ensuring that invoice information is complete and in compliance with financial and tax regulations.
Execute various financial data input operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger system input, and maintain the timeliness and consistency of accounting system data.
Handle daily administrative work, such as file archiving, report printing, email correspondence, and internal cross-departmental administrative support, to improve the efficiency of financial process operations.
Proactively follow up on customer account status, regularly send statement of accounts, coordinate the handling of overdue payments, and assist in the development of collection plans and record the results of the follow-up.

Work requirements

Have accounting, finance or related academic qualifications above a college diploma, hold an accounting professional certificate or be currently taking the exam.
At least one year of accounting clerk or cashier related practical experience, familiar with Hong Kong or Mainland China financial system and basic tax knowledge (such as value-added tax, business tax application process)
Proficient in Excel (including formulas and data sorting), mainstream accounting software (such as Kingdee, Yonex or QuickBooks), and ERP system operation experience is especially good.
Careful and meticulous, with good numerical sensitivity and logical analysis ability, able to handle multiple parallel tasks independently and ensure accuracy.
Have basic Chinese writing and communication skills, be able to clearly coordinate with customers and internal departments on account matters, be punctual and responsible, and attach importance to confidentiality principles.
