Responsibilities:
· Based on understanding the customer's background and needs, understand the asset allocation target, and be responsible for formulating professional customized solutions.
· Responsible for the establishment and management of onshore and offshore trusts.
· Provide trust training to internal staff to improve the efficiency of providing trust services to customers.
· Actively coordinate and cooperate with relevant teams (including tax advisors, lawyers and family advisors) to provide customized services to customers.
· Work with external lawyers and accountants to create a customized trust structure for clients.
· Assist in analyzing market changes and customer needs, and propose effective suggestions to promote the implementation of the company's overall strategy.
· Assist in part of the family trust business project to promote the overall growth of the family trust business.
· Provide professional wealth management services, including insurance, investment, and retirement planning for customers.
· Actively expand potential markets.
· Supervise the team's regulatory activities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and supervisory requirements, including internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Hold a bachelor's degree or a professional qualification recognized by financial, accounting, legal or trust professional institutions, and have more than 5 years of trust management experience.
· Familiar with the entire process of establishing and maintaining a family trust, and have in-depth understanding of the taxation, laws and investment knowledge related to family trusts. Familiar with the entire process of establishing and maintaining a family trust, and have tax, legal and investment-related knowledge reserves.
· Holders of STEP, CTP, Certified Trust Professional, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and other professional qualifications are given priority.
· Priority will be given to those with experience in trust companies, law firms or accounting firms (specializing in private wealth management).
· Proficient in the Trust and Company Service Provider's Licence (TCSP), Trustee Act and Companies Registry Rules and Guidance.
· Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin.
· Have a service awareness, team spirit and sense of responsibility, be familiar with communication skills, and at the same time have strong resource integration ability, and be able to efficiently coordinate various resources to promote work.
· Continuous learning of industry latest knowledge, real-time tracking of industry development trends, proactive business innovation proposals, and providing support for business growth.
· Have excellent team management and leadership skills, able to effectively motivate team members to collaborate and achieve work goals together.
