Firewall Engineer

（1) Firewall rule change management

Standardize the management of firewall rules for adding, modifying, deleting, and disabling various changes, strictly follow the bank's network security management system, and avoid network risks brought by illegal changes.
Record the entire process of changes, organize change logs, regularly archive and retain them to meet the auditing and compliance requirements of the financial industry.


Combine business operation rhythm, system maintenance window, and firewall rule change execution time table, rationally arrange change tasks, avoid business peak period operations, and reduce the interference of changes on business systems.
Sync progress of changes to various departments in real time, promptly feedback change approval, execution, and acceptance status, and do cross-department collaboration and integration work.
（Three) Fault diagnosis and technical treatment
Real-time monitoring of firewall running status, rapid response to firewall network connectivity anomalies, rule conflicts, access failures, etc. various technical issues.
Accurately locate the cause of the failure, formulate a troubleshooting and repair plan, efficiently complete the failure handling, ensure network link connectivity, and ensure normal operation of banking business.




Collaborate with the team to complete the disaster recovery plan, optimize the emergency response process, and enhance our ability to cope with sudden risks.
Job Requirements
Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Security, Communication Technology, etc. related professional fields are preferred.
3 years of firewall operations and network security operations experience, those with bank and financial industry operations experience are preferred.
Familiar with mainstream firewall devices (Huawei, H3C, Palo Alto, etc.) working principles, rule configuration and maintenance operations.
Master TCP/IP network protocol, network topology structure, and have the ability to troubleshoot network faults and analyze rule conflicts.

Work rigorously and carefully, with strong sense of responsibility, and with extremely strong risk prevention awareness, strictly abide by the bank's data and network confidentiality regulations.
