Property Consultant

<div>Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>At the property project site or demonstration unit, welcome and follow up potential customers, provide professional property information and sales consulting services</li> <li>Actively communicate with visitors to understand their real estate needs and recommend suitable units to facilitate transactions</li> <li>Assist in arranging customer visits to demonstration units and existing buildings, and answer questions about building design, payment methods, and occupancy arrangements</li> <li>Record customer information and purchasing intentions, and follow up with subsequent contact and referral to relevant sales managers</li> <li>In accordance with the developer and management company's requirements, participate in training, meetings and promotion activities on time</li> </ul> </div> <div>Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Grade Five graduation or above</li> <li>Interested in the real estate industry, no experience required, the company provides product and sales skills training</li> <li>Active and proactive, with a service-oriented attitude, able to maintain politeness and patience in a busy environment</li> <li>Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings, depending on the demonstration unit's opening hours</li> <li>Have good team spirit, be able to cooperate with colleagues to achieve sales targets</li> </ul> </div>
