Customer Consultant

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing professional consulting services.
Communicate with customers through phone, email and face-to-face to understand their needs and provide corresponding solutions.
Follow up on sales progress to ensure sales targets are met.
Collect market information, analyze competitor dynamics, and provide support for the company's business development.
Assist in handling customer complaints and problems, and improve customer satisfaction.
Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above.
Proficient in Mandarin, with good communication skills.
Have at least two years of relevant work experience, those with Hong Kong customer service experience are preferred.
Have excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities.
Work seriously and responsibly, with good organizational and coordination skills and team spirit.
