HKTVmall E-commerce Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of HKTVmall platform merchant back-end (MP/Distributor back-end), including product listing, listing optimization, inventory and price management, page decoration; synchronize the maintenance of our own LIVing Plaza store.

• As the main point of contact, coordinate HKTVmall buyers and customer managers, strive for prime display space, activity resource packages and in-store traffic support; plan and implement store self-promotion (such as VIP days, flash sales, weekend mania) and advertising placement (keyword bidding, in-store advertising positions).

• Write and optimize Chinese and English/French product titles, detail pages, and selling points for the Hong Kong market to improve search rankings and natural traffic; familiar with using Facebook, Google Ads, etc. local digital channels to drive traffic to HKTVmall.

• Regularly analyze sales reports, traffic data, and competitive product dynamics, output a post-mortem report and optimize operations strategy; adapt to the fast-paced work of double 11, Black Friday, etc.

Job Requirements

• Hold a degree or advanced diploma; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong (need to meet the work visa qualifications).

Development and welfare

• Monthly salary $25,000–$35,000, full-time, 5 days work per week.

• Working location: Kowloon Tong District.
