Security Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily on-duty work of the security officers under your jurisdiction, ensure that each position operates according to the standard procedure, and regularly inspect on-duty performance.

• Regularly inspect buildings and property areas, check the normal operation of entrance control, closed-circuit television system and other security equipment.

• Coordinate the security arrangements for external contracting engineering personnel during construction in the property to ensure that site order and safety regulations are followed.

Work requirements:

• Applicants with 1 to 3 years of relevant security industry experience, those who have held team management or supervisory positions are given priority.

• Familiar with the property security operation process, understand the basic fire and security systems and emergency response procedures.

• Able to independently handle various security documents, incident reports and handover records, with good writing skills.

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, understand Mandarin and basic English writing and conversation, in order to communicate with guests and cooperative units.

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work permit (accepting Hong Kong permanent residents or other qualified work visas), and be able to adapt to shift work patterns.

Benefits:

• Provide a competitive monthly salary, ranging from HKD 21,000 to 23,000, negotiable.
