Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for company file organization, archiving.

• Back and forth between government departments, banks to submit documents, simple errands.

• Assist with simple document processing, data verification.

• Simple reception of guests, file exchange (Cantonese/English)

Work requirements

• Familiar with Hong Kong streets and government department locations, able to read Chinese and English.

• Can accommodate flexible work arrangements, including partial time periods during the work week to meet the needs of college students, freelancers or those seeking part-time opportunities.

Benefits

• Hourly range HK$75–HK$100, calculated based on actual working hours, daily settlement.

• Working location is in the convenient transportation area of Guanyang Street, View Talay, near the Guanyang Station of the MTR and many bus routes, and the out-of-town business allowance is reimbursed (limited to public transportation expenses).

• No experience or academic qualifications are required, providing basic job training and government document process guidance to help newcomers quickly get started.
