Private Assistant/Manager

We are seeking a candidate with institutionalized management skills,Private butler . This position is not only responsible for daily family operations, but its core task isDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP), will standardize the four modules of team management, home maintenance, member health and private schedule, establish clear family operations regulations and manuals, and ensure that the family team runs efficiently, consistently and orderly.

Main responsibilities

• Completely manage the daily operation of two housemaids and a driver at home, including recruitment (hiring), training, scheduling, and regular work evaluation.

• Establish clear and reasonable responsibilities and work standards, supervise execution quality, and ensure team operation is efficient, harmonious, and highly orderly.

• Responsible for overall home maintenance, repair, and daily monitoring.

• Coordinate and liaise with various engineering companies, external contractors and suppliers, follow up on maintenance progress, quality control and acceptance, and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.

• Establish and continuously update personal health records and medical records for family members.

• Coordinate medical appointments, accompany patients to appointments and follow-up visits, and timely remind and follow up on various health-related matters (such as physical examinations, medication, etc.).

• Precisely manage family members' private schedules, coordinate children's extracurricular activities, social gatherings, and business/recreational travel arrangements.

Job Requirements

• Work experience: Have 5 years or more of experience as a senior private butler, family operations manager or five-star hotel executive butler; those with team management experience are preferred.

• Skills and qualities: Have excellent human resources planning skills, engineering maintenance and follow-up common sense, and health record management habits.
