Job Responsibilities
- Receive customers, understand their overseas study or immigration intentions, personal background and specific needs in depth, conduct professional evaluation and provide feasible solution advice.
- Based on the customer's academic background, career planning and budgetary conditions, recommend suitable schools, departments and courses, and provide detailed information on admission requirements, tuition structures, living costs and employment prospects, etc.
- Full assistance with the application process, including school selection and positioning, writing guidance (such as personal statements, recommendation letters, study plans, etc.), application form filling, material integration and submission, and continuous follow-up on the progress of each stage of review.
- Provide visa and immigration application support, guide customers to prepare compliant documents, fill out official application forms, respond to additional document notifications, coordinate interview arrangements, and closely track the review status.
- Thoroughly review academic qualifications, transcripts, work experience documents, language test results, and other application materials to ensure their authenticity, validity, and compliance with policies; continuously monitor visa regulations, immigration policies, and education systems for the latest developments.
- Provide landing support services such as accommodation arrangements, airport shuttle, account opening guidance, local adaptation consultation, etc., in the application follow-up stage, to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Actively maintain long-term customer relationships by regular follow-ups, seasonal greetings, and sharing success stories to strengthen trust; encourage word-of-mouth referrals to expand potential sources.
- Participate in education exhibitions, campus lectures, online information sessions, etc. market activities, represent the company to carry out professional promotion; actively expand business contacts and resource docking with overseas schools, education institutions and international partners.
Work requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or above, foreign language, international relations, education, law, public policy, etc. related majors are especially good.
- Having 1 to 3 years of experience as a study abroad or immigration consultant, familiar with the application process, visa types and review priorities of Hong Kong.
- Have solid knowledge of education and immigration policies, and be able to accurately interpret the Hong Kong academic system framework, school features, professional advantages and immigration paths.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with professional writing skills, able to independently complete application document polishing and translation; good at communicating clearly and appropriately with diverse background customers and cooperation units.
- Have the ability to quickly analyze customer conditions, compare policy thresholds, and design personalized strategies through logical thinking and judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and stability, able to handle customer personal data and sensitive information properly; good stress resistance, able to maintain high efficiency under multiple tasks and time pressure.
- Have a service-oriented mindset, be patient and detailed, and good at building trust relationships; those with overseas study, work or life experience are especially valuable.
