Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints, provide professional, polite and efficient customer service, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Support the daily operations of the sales team, including sales data processing, report preparation, customer information update, and sales progress follow-up.
Participate in administrative affairs management, such as file archiving, meeting scheduling, visitor reception, office supplies coordination and internal communication and coordination.
Assist in the planning and execution of customer promotion activities or sales support projects, including material preparation, on-site support, and preliminary analysis of activity effectiveness.
Timely complete other cross-departmental collaborative tasks assigned by the supervisor, and proactively learn business processes, gradually assuming more responsibilities.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, majoring in business administration, marketing, public relations, language communication or related sciences is preferred.
Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, and be able to use Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluently for daily communication and document processing.
Strong enthusiasm for customer service and sales support work, with basic logical thinking, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
Familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and able to quickly master internal system operations.
Must meet Hong Kong's legal work qualifications, including but not limited to Hong Kong permanent residency, Talent Immigration Scheme, Quality Immigration Scheme, IANG, Dependent visa or other valid work permit.
