Core work responsibilities

  • Supportive living: Assist residents with daily tasks they cannot complete independently, ensuring basic living needs are met.

  • Nursing assistance: Assist professional nurses in conducting basic nursing auxiliary work.

  • Safety prevention: Identify safety hazards in the environment and among residents' activities to prevent accidents.

  • Emotional support and activity assistance: Provide residents with emotional care and assistance in participating in various activities within the institution.
