Maintenance and repair work; including electricity, water supply, drainage, carpentry and masonry; and related equipment/systems daily and routine maintenance and repair, regular inspections, repairs and replacements, maintenance of all equipment, tools and machines in good working order, monitor the progress, quality and safety of daily and emergency maintenance work carried out by contractors, implement a system for reporting problems, Assist the supervisor in handling all matters related to building equipment systems, carry out regular inspections of all electrical installations, safety systems and building facilities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and operating instructions, and report any damage to the supervisor; Assist the maintenance pipe worker, supervise the maintenance and repair work carried out by external contractors; carry out special projects and large-scale event-specific work; be responsible for equipment coordination and technical support, including providing professional photography services, professional technology, equipment and lighting control; provide emergency support services during severe weather such as typhoons and thunderstorms when or after warnings are cancelled; and carry out any appropriate work assigned by the supervisor, including handling emergency maintenance work.
