Hotel Front Desk Officer

  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests

  • Handling Check-in and Check-out Process

  • Guests' Enquiries, Reservations, and Request

  • Active listening, Patience, and Good Communications Skills


Hotel front desk attendant

  • Responsible for providing high-quality customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming check-in experience.

  • Handle guests’ check-in and check-out procedures, accurately complete relevant documents and system registration.

  • Respond to guest inquiries, assist with handling reservations, changes, and special requests, and enhance satisfaction.

  • Actively listen to guest needs, patiently answer and coordinate.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area, ensuring that all equipment and forms are available and accessible.

  • Have good communication skills, and be able to communicate with guests of different backgrounds in a polite and professional manner.

  • Have patience, attention to detail, and proactive service awareness, and be able to stay calm in a busy environment.

  • Understand basic computer operations and familiar with hotel management systems is preferred.

  • Secondary school graduation or above, those with front-line service experience in the hotel industry will be given priority.

  • Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand basic Mandarin and English is preferred.
