Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the transportation and delivery of goods between the warehouse and the customer, including accurate inventory of goods, inspection of external conditions, and completion of receipt procedures.
Deliver goods to various retail points, shops or residential addresses on time according to the designated route, ensuring that delivery time meets the operational requirements.
Assist with loading and unloading operations, rationally plan the loading space of vehicles, and ensure the safety and integrity of goods during transportation.
Daily record delivery itinerary, abnormal situations (such as customer not at home, address error, goods damage, etc.), and promptly report the progress of handling to the supervisor.
Coordinate with warehouse team on incoming goods operations, verify incoming goods documents and actual delivery are consistent, and assist in completing system data updates.

Work requirements

Have good physical and mental endurance, be able to adapt to long hours of outdoor work, moving medium-weight goods (generally not exceeding 25 kg) and working in different weather conditions.
Familiar with local roads and area distribution, those with valid Hong Kong driving license (light truck or private car category) are preferred.
Have basic communication skills, be able to clearly coordinate and hand over matters with customers, warehouse staff and supervisors; understanding Cantonese is a must, and having basic writing skills to fill out receipts.
