Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities<br>• Manage daily purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement and competitive sourcing in line with company policies. <br>• Oversee tendering processes and ensure compliance with organizational procurement guidelines. <br>• Monitor supplier performance, particularly in food safety and product quality, to maintain high standards. <br>• Collaborate with F&B, Kitchen, Facilities, and Finance teams to optimize cost control and inventory management. <br>• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts to secure favourable terms and mitigate risks. <br>• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, supporting seamless operations. <br>• Work with the Finance team to develop procurement budgets, forecast needs, and identify cost-saving opportunities. <br>• Implement sustainable procurement practices, ensuring suppliers adhere to ethical and environmental standards. <br>• Analyze purchasing trends, generate reports, and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. <br>• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management <br><br>Requirements<br>• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field<br>• Languages: Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.<br>• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.<br>• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, build teams, and mentor staff.<br>• Proficiency in procurement system and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
