Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for quality management of unit engineering, ensure that all construction processes meet the relevant standards and customer requirements, and provide high-quality renovation services.
2. Schedule and plan the time for the master to enter and exit the site, rationally allocate human resources, improve work efficiency and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
3. Assist in following up on project progress, supervise various tasks according to the plan, and ensure that the project is completed on time and achieves the expected results.
4. Process material procurement matters, including bidding, ordering and acceptance, ensure material quality meets the standard while effectively controlling costs.
5. Maintain site cleanliness and safety, assist the master in daily construction work, and regularly clean the work area to maintain a good construction environment.
6. Prepare and submit acceptance reports, record and follow up customer requirements, and ensure that all details are properly handled.
Requirements:
1. Have interior design related experience, familiar with construction processes and material properties, those who are familiar with the construction process and material properties are preferred, and those who can quickly integrate into the team and independently execute tasks.
2. Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate with masters, suppliers and customers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
3. Careful and responsible, with basic quality judgment ability, able to handle site problems independently and propose solutions.
4. Familiar with office software operations (such as Microsoft Office), able to record and report work progress, prepare simple reports to support project management needs.
5. Able to adapt to construction site environment, have team spirit and stress resistance ability, and be able to maintain professional attitude in changing work situations.
