1. Provide professional technical support and after-sales service to overseas customers to efficiently solve product use problems;

2. Responsible for on-site product installation, debugging, repair and maintenance to ensure stable operation of equipment;

3. Maintain customer relationships, respond to needs in a timely manner and promote problem resolution;

4. Regular customer return visits and analyze feedback data to optimize service processes;

5. Participate in technical training and continuously improve professional capabilities and service standards;

6. Collaborate with the company's internal R & D and product teams to continuously optimize products;

7. Need to be able to travel overseas for long periods: US, Germany, UK
