Construction project manager - Residential, office and commercial building interior renovation

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for residential, office and commercial property interior renovation projects in Hong Kong, requiring excellent building renovation management experience, leadership skills and attention to detail, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, with the highest quality standards, while also responsible for monitoring site safety standards, quality control, schedule management, cost control, contractor coordination and material transportation, and coordinating work according to the project manager's instructions.</p><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><p>•<strong>Project Management</strong>: Full supervision of project progress execution, ensure that all engineering progress meets the expected progress plan, budget cost and design quality requirements, and proceed according to the plan and schedule. Inspect and test the progress and quality of the engineering, ensure the safety of the construction site and handle site emergencies. </p><p>・<strong>Team leadership</strong>: Guide and coordinate various contractors/consultants to ensure efficient operation of the construction process; represent the company in contacting contractors, lead the project team to carry out high-efficiency and cost-effective engineering and cost control work. </p><p>・<strong>Quality control</strong>: Regularly conduct on-site inspections and acceptance of engineering projects to ensure that construction quality and safety meet the company's standards and Hong Kong regulations. Be fully responsible for coordinating and resolving major technical and acceptance issues that arise during construction. </p><p>・<strong>Management communication</strong></p><p>・<strong>Resource Management</strong>: Responsible for resource management (including site materials and equipment), ensure timely procurement and timely and reasonable scheduling of transportation and logistics, avoid resource waste, and ensure smooth progress of construction. </p><p>・<strong>Compliance Management</strong>: Ensure that the project complies with Hong Kong building-related laws and regulations and company rules.</p><p>・<strong>Work report</strong>: Regularly attend engineering meetings, provide work reports based on progress plans. </p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• At least five years or more of renovation project management experience.</p><p>• Have construction site management experience, and excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability.</p><p>• Have good problem-solving skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and efficiently process various complex problems.</p><p>• Able to withstand work pressure and maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Need strong planning and management skills.</p><p>• Priority will be given to those with construction experience in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.</p><p>• Familiar with interior renovation projects, including measurement work, reconstruction and addition (A&A) projects. </p><p>• Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications, and able to use CAD and other drawing software fluently.</p><p>• Speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, and be familiar with Microsoft Office.</p><p>• Immediate employment, priority will be given to those who can start work immediately.</p><p></p><p></p>
