Job Description
<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong><br>Act as the primary strategic HR partner for assigned business units, with a significant focus on supporting our domestic and international commercial teams.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with business leadership to design and execute HR strategies that directly support organizational objectives and growth.</li><li>Offer comprehensive counsel to managers and employees on talent management, performance, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.</li><li>Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts to secure and retain high-performing talent.</li><li>Proactively identify people-related challenges and opportunities, developing effective solutions in collaboration with leaders.</li><li>Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistent and fair application of policies.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and programs that comply with international labor laws and facilitate business expansion.</li><li>Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.</li><li>Facilitate and support organizational change and development initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner.</li><li>Proven track record within the FinTech or Financial Services sectors; start-up experience is a significant advantage.</li><li>Demonstrated success in supporting international business teams.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and legal compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Results-driven, highly organized, and proactive with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li><li>Near-native fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.</li></ul>
