Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute personal and team social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and influence
Plan and publish high-quality social group content, including text, images and short videos, to attract target audiences to interact
Manage multiple social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) daily operations and content updates
Monitor social group data performance, analyze fan growth, interaction rate and conversion effectiveness, and regularly propose optimization suggestions

Work requirements

Have social media operation experience, familiar with mainstream platforms' algorithms and promotion mechanisms
Have excellent creative abilities and copywriting skills, and be able to independently complete content planning and production
Those with basic image editing and design skills are especially good, as they can effectively present visual content
Team player, able to lead or support the team to achieve a common sales goal
Active and proactive, sensitive to market trends, able to instantly grasp hotspots and flexibly apply them to promotion
