•Manage daily operations of the store.
•Have store service management experience, lead the team to provide quality dining services.
•Monitor food safety standards, ensure the store is clean and meets the company's requirements.
•Ensure daily kitchen and activity area operations run smoothly.
•Stay in close communication with kitchen volunteers and all departments.
•Responsible for personnel management and work allocation, arranging team shift schedules.
•Implement employee performance evaluation (KPIs cover service scores).
•Manage an 8-12 person volunteer team; conduct stakeholder management.
•Proactive, responsible, and able to effectively solve problems, polite and patient with customers, understanding customer needs, and providing quality service.
•Manage customer service, promote membership programs, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain the company's good image and brand reputation.
• Promote and sell company products, vegetarianism and green living culture.
•Set and achieve company store sales targets, report on store business conditions.
•Develop monthly promotion strategies, analyze store sales data and KPI achievement, and promptly develop, adjust and implement action plans to boost performance.
•Lead and drive the front-line team to achieve monthly sales targets, guide and enhance the store team's customer service and sales skills.
•Regularly set and adjust store strategies, conduct daily sales and build good relationships with customers.
• Regularly display and arrange display cabinets and window products for easy customer selection.
•Master the cash register program and system operations, and assist in handling daily cash receipts and disbursements and accounts.
•Become a Club O ambassador, wholeheartedly immerse yourself in the brand, culture and products, and be proud to provide a unique customer experience to each customer.
