Job Description

Job Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls, bookings and record daily transactions • Customers support & assistance • Booking & reservation arrangement • Keep front desk presentable at all time • Assist in various ad hoc assignments as required Job Requirements: • DSE or above • 3 year experience or above & Spa experience will be an asset • Willing to work on shift (10:30am - 11:30pm) • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua • Responsible, self-motivated and good team player • Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Guest Service Officer • Working Location : Happy Valley Benefits: • Competitive remuneration package • Up to 7 rest days per month • Discretionary Bonus • 9 hours per day • 12 days Annual Leave
