經理（DevOps Architect）

Major Responsibilities

• Understand the current technology landscape, develop the architecture blueprint of current capabilities, as well as establish the architecture standards and governance processes
• Provide expert advice on the adoption of new technologies, including cloud computing, distributed ledger technology, application architecture and integration, from technical and risk aspects to support the company’s continuous growth and business development
• Propose and develop appropriate DevOps channels as well as the relevant process and operations for the company
• Evaluate, implement and streamline DevOps practices by engaging the related stakeholders to cater for the changing challenges and needs of the company, and assist in the adoption and integration of DevOps practices according to the industry best practices
• Establish a continuous build environment to accelerate infrastructure deployment (e.g. by Infrastructure-as-a-code), software development and deployment process, and convert the process into continuous build pipeline execution
• Assist in the process automation, including tools evaluation and solution architecture design, and lead the development and implementation of selected tools
• Analyse any setbacks or shortcomings in the operation, and assist the operation and development teams to solve problems through process automation, e.g. Vault Management, GitHub, Sonatype and HSM, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

• Degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from major financial institutions with at least 3 years at architect role
• Knowledge and experience in designing DevOps process, including the CICD pipeline
• Knowledge and experience in automation and Devops tools like Ansible, Terraform, GIT, Sonatype, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet and ArgoCD, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in Linux/Unix and scripting knowledge like Python, NodeJS, Ruby, Golang, shell script, etc.
• Knowledge in emerging technologies, including cloud computing, distributed ledger technology, know-how in other FinTech initiatives is preferable
• Ability to think out of the box in solution and process design, resolve conflicts and keep abreast of the latest technology trend on DevOps best practices
• Good analytical, presentation, documentation and report writing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
