IT Officer

Bright Moon Capital is seeking a hands-on IT Officer to ensure our systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Maintain and troubleshoot servers, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud infrastructure

• Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and IT deployments

• Monitor cybersecurity protocols and ensure data protection compliance

• Support internal users and coordinate with external vendors when needed

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration

• Familiar with IOS, Windows, Linux, and network management tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Ability to work independently

• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
