Job Responsibilities
Coordinate the overall operations and management of the company, formulate and implement medium and long-term operating strategies, annual business plans and budgetary solutions, and be fully responsible for improving operating efficiency, controlling costs and achieving business targets.
Establish and continuously optimize a cross-regional operations and management system covering Hong Kong and the mainland, integrate core modules such as administration, human resources, finance and compliance, and ensure efficient and smooth business operations between the two places.
Lead the research and practical implementation of Hong Kong and Mainland China's fiscal and taxation policies, deeply understand the tax collection and management systems, tax planning strategies and cross-border tax compliance requirements of the two places, and comprehensively coordinate the implementation of tax declaration, risk control and optimization solutions.
Responsible for the compliance management of the employee benefits protection system, including the opening of a Hong Kong MPF account, contribution calculation, contribution application and employee rights protection; simultaneously manage the opening, payment, change and annual inspection of MPF and MPF in the mainland.
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the operations team, organize and implement team training, performance evaluation and development plans, enhance team professional skills and execution efficiency, and build a high-performance, professional, and cross-border collaborative operations management team.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, business administration, financial management, human resources management, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
Have more than 5 years of corporate operations and management experience, of which at least 3 years are spent holding equivalent positions or senior operations and management positions in large enterprises, and those with Hong Kong and Mainland China cross-border business operations and management practical experience are preferred.
Proficient in Hong Kong and Mainland China's tax laws and labor policies, familiar with the tax declaration procedures and cross-border tax compliance requirements of the two places, and with solid tax planning and risk management skills.
Proficient in the Hong Kong MPF system and related procedures, familiar with the social security and housing provident fund policies and practical operations of the mainland, and able to independently complete account management, cost accounting and compliant application.
Have excellent strategic planning, organizational and coordination, and complex project push power, and be able to effectively coordinate cross-regional and cross-departmental integrated operations.
Have good written and reading skills in Chinese and English, and those with accounting, taxation or human resources-related professional qualifications will be given priority.
Strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, excellent leadership and team management skills, and the ability to maintain high efficiency under high-stress conditions
