• Responsible for managing and maintaining good relationships with existing customers, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Actively handle customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions, ensure problems are timely resolved.
• Coordinate internal resources and promote cross-departmental collaboration to meet customer needs.
• Regularly visit customers to understand their latest needs and provide corresponding property services.
• Collect market and customer feedback information, and provide reference for the improvement and development of the company's business.

Work requirements

• Applicants with relevant property management or customer service experience will be given priority.
• Have basic business knowledge and service awareness, and be able to handle daily affairs independently.
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, those who understand Mandarin are even better.
• Familiarity with computer operations and office software applications.
