Physical and chemical tester

On March 25, 2025, Hunan Fongseng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Kong Yip Medical Co., Ltd. signed the "Drug Variety Transfer Agreement" and decided to acquire the ownership of "Huangyan Qing Capsule", "Zhebeizi Expectorant (Yellow Box)" and other a total of 20 drug varieties registered with the Hong Kong Health Department; and signed the "Investment Cooperation Agreement" with Hong Kong Jet Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhao Guozhao, etc., and established a joint venture subsidiary in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Hong Kong Fongseng Tang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of HKD 20 million, and Hunan Fongseng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is the controlling company of "Hong Kong Fongseng Tang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd."; according to the relevant provisions of the "Investment Cooperation Agreement" and the "Drug Variety Transfer Agreement", and Hong Kong Kong Yip Medical Co., Ltd. re-signed the "Drug Variety Transfer Agreement" and fulfilled the relevant obligations with respect to the above 20 drug varieties.
