Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, build brand awareness, and expand our market presence across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on sales management to promote our premium supplements, essential oils, and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership (40%)
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for supplements (B2C/B2B) and wellness services (B2C)
Build and manage a high-performing sales team; set KPIs and provide coaching
Identify and cultivate corporate wellness partnerships, high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients, and membership programs
Oversee the Shenzhen sanctuary sales operations and optimize client conversion rates
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust strategies
Marketing Strategy & Brand Building (35%)
Craft compelling brand narratives that communicate our unique fusion of TCM, aromatherapy, cellular science, and Ayurveda
Lead digital marketing initiatives (social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, KOL/influencer partnerships)
Develop marketing collateral for product launches (Auraecell NS supplement line, Aromatique essential oils)
Plan and execute wellness workshops, pop-up events, and brand activation campaigns
Build the "Auraecell community" through membership programs and loyalty initiatives
Market Expansion & Partnerships (15%)
Explore new market opportunities in Greater China and internationally
Establish partnerships with spas, hotels, corporate wellness programs, and healthcare practitioners
Represent Auraecell at wellness expos, trade shows, and industry events
Develop affiliate and referral programs to drive organic growth
Customer Experience & Retention (10%)
Enhance customer journey from awareness to retention; optimize CRM systems
Analyze customer feedback and testimonials to refine offerings
Implement client management systems for personalized wellness program development
Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in wellness, beauty, luxury lifestyle, or premium consumer goods
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building brands from early stage to scale
Strong understanding of the Hong Kong and Mainland China wellness market
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Digital marketing expertise (social media, e-commerce, content strategy)
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
Preferred:
Experience in TCM, aromatherapy, supplements, or spa/wellness industry
Existing network of corporate clients, wellness influencers, or luxury retail partners
Knowledge of natural supplements
Experience managing cross-border operations (Hong Kong / Shenzhen)
MBA or advanced marketing certification
