Duties:
1) Lead the market team to achieve departmental goals.
3) Develop and implement effective market promotion strategies to enhance the company's product awareness;
4) Analyze market dynamics and competitive situations, and provide a basis for product optimization and marketing strategy adjustments;
5) Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure market activities are smoothly conducted and help drive business growth;
6) Through regular communication and valuable information sharing, maintain good customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates;
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management, finance or related professional preferred;
2) Those who have experience in building a team from scratch are preferred;
3) Language: Mandarin, Cantonese, English fluent;
4) More than 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, including work in fund sales, insurance sales management;
5) Excellent communication and expression skills (written and oral), able to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally to customers of different levels (especially corporate customers).
6) Strong customer service awareness and spirit, good at building trust relationships, proactive listening, understanding and responding to customer needs.
7) Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
