Must be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, and must:
(a) Hold a recognized civil engineering university degree, and at least 4 years of recognized experience in the management or supervision of regular contracts or road and drainage engineering and/or building engineering contracts;
Or (b) hold a recognized civil engineering degree or higher certificate, and at least 8 years of recognized experience in the management or supervision of regular contracts or road and drainage engineering and/or building engineering contracts; or be an associate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Civil Engineering Division, and have at least 7 years of recognized experience in the management or supervision of road and drainage engineering and/or building engineering contracts;
or (c) Hold a recognized vocational education course diploma (construction-related) or equivalent academic qualification, and be involved in road and drainage Have at least 12 years of recognized experience in the management or supervision of engineering and/or construction engineering.
