Finance Director

<p>Working location: Shenzhen</p><p>Industry: Gold, futures, foreign exchange and other financial services</p><p> Responsibilities:</p><p> • Responsible for overall financial strategy, institutional construction and risk control system building</p><p> • Coordinate the accounting and fund management of core business such as futures, gold, and foreign exchange</p><p> • Establish and perfect the domestic and foreign accounting systems and compliance procedures</p><p> • </p><p> • </p><p> • Provide financial decision-making and risk control support for business expansion</p><p>Requirements:</p><p> • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance and accounting, master's degree or CPA/ACCA preferred</p><p> • 8 years of financial experience, including at least 3 years of directorial or above-level management experience</p><p> • Familiar with gold, futures, foreign exchange and other financial products' financial accounting and business processes</p><p> • Have work experience in various places, with the ability to handle various local accounts and multi-currency operations</p><p> • Familiar with OA system, ERP system (SAP/Oracle/JinDeCloud)</p><p> • English listening, speaking, reading and writing are fluent, and can be used as a daily working language</p><p>Benefits:</p><p> • Generous salary, details to be discussed</p><p> • Provide work visa, accommodation and travel allowance</p><p> • Annual performance bonus + stock incentive</p>
