Job Responsibilities

Assist high-level executives in implementing business expansion strategies, proactively follow up on potential and existing customers, and push for cooperation opportunities to be implemented and deepen relationships
Regularly track sales funnel conversion rates at each stage, compile customer feedback and market dynamics, and provide data-supported business optimization recommendations
Participate in cross-functional collaboration projects, support market activity planning, partner expansion, and business model validation, etc. related work

Work requirements

Proficient in common lead generation tools and CRM systems (such as Google Ads, Facebook Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), able to independently build and optimize the process of acquiring potential customers
Logical clarity, result-oriented, and good at multitasking, able to plan and execute according to business goals
Have basic business sensitivity, understand revenue models, customer life cycle and long-term value (LTV) concepts, and be willing to delve into industry scenarios to understand customer pain points
