Main responsibilities
Manage and lead the existing sales team to ensure smooth team operations and achieve the company's sales targets
Recruit and train new salespeople, build a stable and efficient sales team
As a communication bridge between the front line and the company, feedback to the management and propose improvement suggestions
Accurately implement the company's sales strategy, process and system
Position requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of sales and marketing management experience
Strong sense of responsibility and purpose, proactive and outgoing, able to withstand work pressure
Credit card sales/telecommunications sales industry preferred
Have basic MS Office operation skills
Good writing and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
Salary and benefits
Basic salary: HK$22,000 / month (depending on experience and performance)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
