Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating and implementing company business expansion strategy, exploring new markets, new customers and partners in the local and Greater China regions, and improving brand influence and market share.

• Coordinate the entire business negotiation process, covering co-operation mode design, contract terms negotiation, resource integration planning and follow-up execution, ensuring that both parties achieve their win-win goals.

• Regularly analyze industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer demand changes, output market insight reports, and provide data support and decision-making advice to management.

• Collaborate with product, operations and marketing teams to drive cross-functional collaboration on key projects, ensuring business outcomes are effectively translated into actual revenue and user growth.

Work requirements

• Have good communication and expression skills, be able to speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English for daily conversations, written composition and formal speeches.

• No restrictions on academic background, welcome job seekers with entrepreneurial spirit, strong self-motivation, and result-oriented; no need to specify industry experience, but must demonstrate clear logical thinking and rapid learning ability.

• Familiar with Hong Kong's business environment and basic regulations, understand the characteristics of the Greater China market; those with relevant experience in startup, technology, digital services or platform-type business are preferred.

• Able to adapt to flexible rhythms and multi-task parallelism, with basic file processing (such as PPT, Excel) and slide creation ability, basic CRM tool operators are preferred.

Benefits

• Monthly salary range is HKD$20,000–$30,000, adopting the "base salary + high performance commission" structure, with no upper limit on income, and paid in real time based on individual performance.

• Standard working hours are from 9 am to 6:30 pm on Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch, a well-ordered work rhythm, and respect for employees’ private time arrangements.

• Provide a competitive annual leave system, with a minimum of 12 days of paid annual leave from the start of employment, increasing with seniority, and also including sick leave, marriage leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other statutory holidays.

• Office location is at No. 8, Tseung Kwan O Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, with convenient transportation, near the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station and several bus routes; open office environment, equipped with modern equipment and comfortable rest space.
