Accounting clerk

Main responsibilities

Daily cash management

• Handle daily warehouse receipts and payments to ensure clear and accurate accounting.

• Check supplier invoices and delivery orders, and assist in completing the payment process.

Inventory check and verification

• Regularly conduct inventory counts to ensure actual inventory matches system records.

• Assist in receiving and delivering goods, as well as quantity and quality checks.

Record and document management

• Maintain warehouse-related records, including incoming and outgoing inventory documents, stock reports, etc.

• Update electronic or paper files to ensure information is timely and accurate.

Other work

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, such as label printing, goods sorting, etc.

• Support the team in completing other temporary assignments.

Job Requirements

Educational background

Secondary school education or above, financial, logistics or related professional qualifications are preferred.

Work experience

1 year of warehouse, cashier or related field experience, familiar with warehouse procedures is preferred.

Skill requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Good numerical sensitivity and meticulous work attitude.

Have basic English reading and writing abilities.
