Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• One-on-one consultation, listen to customers’ needs, evaluate skin type, facial condition and expected results, and tailor a safe and effective injection plan
• Independently complete the injection treatment, ensure precise technology, appropriate dosage, natural and safe results
• Explain the principles, expected results, potential risks, and post-operative care tips to the customer before the treatment to ensure effective communication
• Actively follow up on customers’ post-surgery recovery, understand their situation through messages or follow-ups, immediately answer their concerns and provide advice
• Strictly abide by the Hong Kong Medical Registration Ordinance, Private Medical Institutions Ordinance and Health Department guidelines to ensure all operations are compliant and records are complete

Work requirements

• Hold a valid doctor's registration certificate from the Hong Kong Medical Council, with medical aesthetics, dermatology or plastic surgery related clinical experience
• Prior experience in mainstream products such as Rejuran, hyaluronic acid fillers (such as Juvederm, Restylane), and lipolytic agents (such as Aqualyx, Kybella) is preferred
• Familiar with facial anatomy and vascular distribution, stable gestures, good hand-eye coordination
• Strong communication skills and empathy, able to explain professional information in simple terms to customers of different backgrounds, building trust
• Prioritise medical safety and quality, and be willing to exchange the latest medical aesthetics technology and standards
• Able to work with the studio manager to maintain a good work rhythm
