Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient appointment registration, reception and daily telephone/message inquiries, ensuring smooth and orderly clinical processes

• Assist physicians in providing clinical support, including following up on prescriptions, preparing and counting Chinese herbal powder, administering needles and jars, etc. basic Chinese medical treatment operations

• Simple operation of physical therapy equipment, and regular cleaning and maintenance

• Handle clinic daily administrative affairs, including data processing, inventory record, report filling and file archiving

• Maintain a clean and hygienic clinic environment

Work requirements

• No need to specify seniority, but you must demonstrate a willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility

• Able to work independently, with good time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks during busy periods and maintain accuracy

• Fluent Cantonese is a must for communication

• Comply with the physician's work schedule, including rotating shifts and flexible scheduling (working five to six days per week for a total of 45 hours)

Benefits

• Monthly salary $13,000–$15,000, salary can be negotiated based on experience and performance

• Flexible bonus system based on individual performance and clinic operating conditions

• Annual birthday leave of one day, and provide clinic medical treatment (or traditional Chinese medicine treatment)
